I believe that we’re all human and have our own private dreams, hopes, To Do lists, and gaggles of people depending on us outside of the office – people who need us to be strong and whole. I believe that having a C-suite job does not mandate that we have a hated “daily grind”, or 79-hour work weeks, or being away from home more than we’re there. I believe that a Coaching relationship must mirror the best of a successful life – balance of: hard work and humor, no-nonsense and compassion, ambition and reflection, company growth and human growth.
